Wally's Ginger Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• ¾ oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
• Expressed orange peel, dropped in
• 1 large ice cube

Steps

1. Add the bourbon, ginger liqueur, and bitters to a rocks glass.
2. Add the large ice cube and stir 20–30 seconds to chill and lightly dilute.
3. Express the orange peel over the drink, rub it around the rim, and drop it in.
